Change of Mind

In the event you have changed your mind about an item that you purchased from our online store, theses can returned for a refund. This will be only given within 30 days of purchase, on production of the receipt (or other proof of purchase).

This does not affect your statutory right under the Sale of Goods act 1979.

Faults

If you discover you have purchased a faulty item we want to know about it. Please return it with your receipt (or other proof of purchase).

If the fault was pointed out at the point of purchase, we will either agree an exchange or a refund.

If the item is faulty and this was not pointed out at time of purchase, a refund may be given.
